When I started this journey with Roots, I always knew I wanted it to be more than simply creating supplements.

After spending time talking with those within the ADHD community, it became clear that there was an overwhelming amount of shared experiences - most centred around the fact that the world is often designed with neurotypical brains in mind.

By sharing these experiences, it helped me to feel less alone when navigating things; in particular, new experiences. 

It was because of this that I decided that I wanted Roots to be as much about community and mental health support, as I did about physical support.
