Hi, I'm Tom. 

 I founded Roots in 2023 after my ADHD and Autism diagnosis.

 After trying a range of medications and experiencing multiple side effects I quickly realised that the prescribed medications were not working for me – that’s when I began researching alternatives.

It became clear that a lot of the answers I was looking for existed in naturally derived ingredients – but remembering to take 8 pills a day with ADHD was a bit much – so I decided to create my very own supplement designed specifically with ADHD in mind.

That’s when Roots was born.

I set out to create a premium supplement, sourcing the very best ingredients to create a formulation that not only worked in the moment – but compounded over time to create long lasting impacts to overall brain health.

But I didn’t want to stop there…

In the early days of my ADHD journey, it felt pretty isolating, particularly before I had received my diagnosis. After speaking with many within the ADHD community, I realised that this was not a unique experience.

That’s why I decided that I wanted Roots to be much more than simply a supplement brand – I want it to be a safe space for those with ADHD to come together and share their experiences and helpful tips, so that no one else on their ADHD journey has to feel isolated again.
